Research On Cleaner Production Audit Of Appliance Painting Industry

The painting industry of home appliances is an important part of the development of China's national economy.It is also an industry with serious pollution and high consumption of materials and energy.These negative factors restrict the sustainable development of industry enterprises to a certain extent.Cleaner production is an environmental protection strategy for prevention and treatment of environmental problems in the whole production process.Cleaner production audit is an effective method for various industries to implement national cleaner production policies.The coating production process of home appliances not only consumes a lot of energy,but also has a serious pollution emission problem.This paper analyzes the characteristics and necessity of clean production audit in the home appliance coating industry,takes Hefei Hegang new material science and technology co.,Itd.as an example,and conducts a practical study on the application of clean production audit in home appliance coating enterprises in strict accordance with the procedures and methods of clean production audit.After the on-site investigation and investigation of the enterprise,the evaluation index system of cleaner production in the painting industry was used to evaluate the current situation of cleaner production and the potential of cleaner production in the enterprise,and the focus of the audit was determined to be the color printing line in the color pallet truck room.According to the material balance and water balance,this paper analyzes the causes of waste and material and energy losses from 8 aspects,puts forward feasible cleaner production plans,and analyzes the feasibility of medium/high cost plans.Summarize the results of cleaner production audit:(1)After the completion of the program,in terms of energy saving and consumption reduction,the annual water saving is 7868 tons,natural gas saving is 1.05 million cubic meters,degreasing agent usage is reduced by 96 tons,and thinner usage is reduced by 48.9tons;In terms of reducing pollution and increasing efficiency,reducing waste oil production by about 19 tons per year,reducing waste bucket hazardous waste production is about 2.4 tons per year,reducing the discharge of concentrated water from pure water preparation by about1095.8 tons per year,reducing alkaline wastewater production by about 1870 tons per year,reducing VOCs gas production by 48.9 tons per year,VOCs organized emissions by 40.79 tons per year and VOCs unorganized emissions by 313.21 tons per year.In addition to the significant environmental benefits,the annual economic benefits of 2.63039 million yuan.(2)The cleaner production level of the enterprise is from the level of three before the audit to the level of two after the audit;All the targets set for cleaner production in the near future have been fulfilled;According to the status of the enterprise after the audit to work out the next step of clean production work plan,to achieve the enterprise's sustainable clean production.Combines relevant theoretical knowledge and application of clean production case,through to the specific appliance coating enterprise cleaner production audit practice process,found that coating industry of home appliance of cleaner production audit work needs from the macroscopic and microscopic two aspects.The macro level,the field investigation,do after the preliminary understanding to the enterprise production process,the preparing work before review: cleaner production in enterprise internal knowledge propaganda and training,and encourage the staff actively involved in the cleaner production audit;Call on the leaders of all departments to set up leading group and working group of cleaner production audit;The audit work shall be carried out in an orderly manner according to the clean audit plan.On the micro level,the combination of data access and field research,from the enterprise's product output,raw and auxiliary materials and energy consumption,technological process,equipment,production and sewage status quo and pollution treatment facilities,to conduct a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the enterprise,so that the audit work logic is clear and coherent;Set reasonable clean production audit objectives,and conduct material balance analysis on the audit focus;Find out the gap with the industry evaluation index level,and put forward the corresponding clean production plan according to the analysis of the production and pollution reasons and the analysis of the reasons for the loss of materials and energy,and summarize the effect after the implementation of the plan;Summarize the cleaner production plan for the next step,so that the enterprise can achieve sustainable cleaner production.The practice of clean production audit shows that clean production is a bridge connecting industrialization and sustainable development,and the implementation of clean production audit is the only way to achieve "win-win" for the enterprise's environment and economicdevelopment.The clean production audit work carried out in the coating industry of home appliances can not only effectively improve the clean production level of enterprises,reduce energy consumption,reduce the generation and emission of pollutants,reduce the environmental impact brought by the production
