Dangerous gas chemicals have high-risk to spill in process of production, storage and usage. With the development of the society, many species toxic chemicals appear in all aspects of chemical production. The risk of toxic gas leakage increase correspondingly and the scale of the accident also has tendency to expanse. In addition, most dangerous gas chemicals In circulation possess diversified harms, such as flammability, corrosion, toxic, pollution and so on, which not only bring difficulties and dangers in the transportation, but also pose serious health threat on the human and security to the environment in the event of accidents. According to analyzing the development of domestic and international emergency response systems and emergency rescue, the thesis researched on the injure mechanism of sudden poisonous gas leakage, the footprint of the toxic gas migrates and the region of the poison divided, choosing a suitable model to describe toxic gas diffusion exploring the proliferation of assistant decision-making models which is suitable for toxic gases when the toxic gas leakage occurred. For injure model of toxic gas and gas diffusion model, stimulation system which is suitable for emergency rescue and the training of safety workers, was developed. The geographic information system (GIS) was explored for research and development. Combined GIS with the gas diffusion model, the computing module for models was developed by MapObjects to conduct gas diffusion path, combined with geographic information, marking each effected region. According to the sudden spill accident, the users can input the relevant parameters scenic meteorology and environmental information .etc, so that on the computer it can show. The different hazardous areas of the poison and affected sensitive points after the diffusion of chemicals is simulated, which can be the assistant decision basis of the accident analysis and assisted decision-making in order to minimize casualties and property losses, and provide visual simulation results for decision-makers and other safety workers.
