| Now that environmental protection is a big issue, we have to pay the increasing price for environmental pollutions. With the development of science and technology, more and more attention have been paying to detecting the quality of water, therefore researching and developing the new water quality analyzer, by which we can analyze water quality in the on-line and real-time way, are gradually becoming a focus.In this project, A new kind of real-time, on-line and small water quality analyzer was developed. The water quality analyzer was designed based on the principle of ultraviolet spectrophotometry, which don't need any additional reagents and can automatically analyze the water sample at wavelength-appointed ultraviolet as long as it is immersed in the water body. The range of spectrum is not only 254nm but adjustable from 200nm to 650nm. This analyzer's highlight is the rod-like structure with small size. The detection probe has an opening flow cell to immerse in water or solutions so that meet the demand of on-line testing and analyzing. The main computer of the analyzer is separated from the detection probe, which are connected with cable.This study mainly includes the following aspects:1. Propose the overall design plan of the water quality analyzer after learning from the existing on-line water quality analyzer at home and abroad and considering the working conditions and requirements of our analyzer according to the principle of ultraviolet spectrophotometry and the direction of development of existing analytical analyzer.2. Research and develop an innovative and unique design of rod-like probe of our analyzer according to the overall design plan we have proposed in this essay. ( The design has applied for national patent ).3. Select holographic concave gratings as the dispersion elements of our analyzer, and design the matched Optical mechanical system.4. Design parts of the hardware circuits and accomplish parts of the software programmings for our analyzer.5. All the experiments on various performances of the water quality analyzer. Discuss some of the performances related with this analyzer according to the experimental data to gather experience for the new researches on the on-line analyzer for quality analysis of water. |
