The Research On X Beer Company Returnable Bottle Reverse Logistics Operation Model Selection

During the development of economy,this process bring many wastes,which caused environmental pollution,also bring a great pressure to environmental management.With the improvement of science,technology and management level,some enterprises have begun to change their strategic decisions to fundamentally control waste products,recycled and reprocessed them which was reverse logistics.It can save resources and protect environment.At the same time,reverse logistics has become a new base point for enterprises to make profits.X beer company is the regional brand of the world's largest beer company.Glass bottle packaging beer accounts for about 70%of the total sales structure,so the stable supply of returnable bottles plays a significant role in cost saving of X beer company.In recent years,the retumable bottle operation model existed some issues,the quality of returnable bottle was low,and the return rate of returnable bottle also under declining.X beer company had to purchase more new bottles to feed production,which increased the material cost,the issues of operation model is also brought packaging materials inventory management difficulty,increasing manpower,warehousing,transportation costs.This thesis introduced the category and characteristics of reverse logistics,also introduced the characteristics of alcohol FMCG.Analysis the characteristics of reverse logistics and reverse logistics operation model of beer returnable bottles.Defined the key economic indicators of returnable bottle reverse logistics from safety,quality,cost,service and efficiency,etc.Used analytic hierarchy process as analysis tool to establish beer returnable bottle reverse logistics operation evaluation model.Three returmable bottle reverse logistics operation model existed in X beer company:manufacturer model,sales model and outsourcing,analyzed the three operation model by beer returnable bottle reverse logistics operation evaluation model.Through calculation,selected the best operation model was outsourcing,which will be used to help X beer company's deeision-making and optimize beer returnable bottle operation model.
