Research On The Legal System Of Home Appliances Recovery Based On The Extended Producer Responsibility

The continuous deterioration of the environment and the increasing tension of resources have prompted modern society to think about how to change the original waste disposal model.The producer responsibility extension system is to achieve source pollution reduction,effective waste management,product environmentally friendly design,and improvement.Resource utilization efficiency and material closure cycle A model that anticipates goals and thus achieves sustainable development.Producer extended responsibility Responsibility(epr)is a kind of environmental responsibility with the producer as the main responsibility.It means that the producer is responsible for the resources and environment during the whole life cycle of the products it produces.The main stages of responsibility include product design,production and circulation,sales and use,Disposal,etc.The main content of the text is divided into five parts.The first chapter introduces the background of the topic,the research status at home and abroad,and the main framework of the paper.The existing research results on epr and home appliance recycling at home and abroad have been sorted out and summarized.Based on the previous studies,the research content and thinking of this paper have been established.The second chapter discusses the definition of epr and the scope of e-waste,and further analyzes and combines the legal theory that epr relies on,so that readers and themselves have a full understanding of the objects discussed in this paper.The third chapter introduces the legislation and practice of electronic waste recycling in China,and extracts me from it.Relevant legal system.The fourth chapter summarizes the successful experience of using epr to recycle e-waste waste in many countries in the European Union,Japan and Sweden.The fifth chapter summarizes the shortcomings of China's e-waste recycling legal system and the need for improvement,and puts forward the current e-waste recycling legal system.Suggestions,combined with the above,summarize the innovative ideas that may be combined with our institutions.In order to improve the construction of China's electronic waste legal system and promote the development of China's electronic waste recycling industry,the author puts forward the following suggestions: First,expand the scope of the producer responsibility extension system,not necessarily limited to producers,sales Participants and consumers should also assume partial responsibility.The second is to innovate China's incentive measures for the extension of producer responsibility,change incentives,increase incentive channels,and support specialized recycling enterprises.
