With the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization,the pollution problem arising from old chemical enterprise's contaminated site has become more and more serious.This kind of contaminated site mostly receives the serious pollution coming from the virulent and deleterious substance.When the land utilization function on the site change,it will cause the risk of the human body health and the ecological environment. Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen the management of the chemical and industry enterprise's contaminated site.The soil investigation diagnosis on chemical enterprise's contaminated site and the assessment of the human body health and the ecological environment risk may provide the scientific basis for contaminated site risk management and remediation measure.This paper's main conclusion is as follows:(1) In the view of advanced experiment of the overseas contaminated site's risk management,this paper has established general procedure and the method of the contaminated site investigation and diagnosis suited for china national condition.On the basis of the contaminated site investigation and analysis,this paper has established a kind of the contaminated soil bio-toxicity test method for assess the ecological environment potential risk in the process of the contaminated site clearing and the soil remediation.(2) The higher plant seed germinates with the root elongation experiment and the earthworm acute death experiment in this paper can more objective carry on the diagnosis to the soil pollution toxicity.Regarding the high pollution's soil,seed's germination percentage,root elongation inhibiton rate can diagnose toxicity very well.The soil in light pollution degree which root elongation inhibition rate is more sensitive than the germination percentage toxic diagnosis,the earthworm lethality,growth inhibition rate is also more sensitive to the toxic diagnosis.The different plant has the difference response to the same soil pollution,in this experiment,the cabbage seed comparing the com is more sensitive which can be the sensitive species of this kind of contaminated site toxicity diagnosis.(3) We select typical contaminated soil in the two typical chemical and industry contaminated site to carry on the terrestrial biology(earthworm) and the plant(corn and cabbage) bio-toxicity test,Which can also provided the experiment basis for the site soil pollution's ecology risk diagnosis.The applied research indicated that the bio-toxicity test combining the soil pollution chemical analysis is a very effective method to show the site chemical contamination characteristic and the environment risk.(4)In the view of toxicity test method has quickly simply and low-expense advantage, the cost will be cut down during the comprehensive chemical pollution test in other areas. Therefore,in the preliminary of contaminated site investigation,we can select a piece of important zone by means of the ecology toxicity test which can make the site monitor stationing is more reasonable and the survey result is more objective and accurate,at the same time,it can also enhance the diagnosis efficiency in the contaminated site.
