Abstract/Summary:
The drawback of the low efficiency for the traditional lathe is improved because the kind of the slender bar are processed in the area of whirling milling. The method of whirling milling is comprehensively adopted in the in area with the excellent performance. But the defects of the common whirling milling machine are exposed in the practical product. The fact of the condition is that the cutters used machines are fixed. So this machine is not satisfied the need of the processing with the complexity of the work piece and the multiplicity of the need of processing. In this paper the processing program of the numeric reducer milling is introduced to cover the shortage existing the machine tool.The processing method of all kinds of the slender bar processed is analyzed basing the fixed internal whirling milling machine in this paper. And at the same time the processing theory of the common lathe is analyzed then introduce the designing program of the reducer whirling milling machine. The designing and the control program of the key part of the machine tool are analyzed. The theory designing program of the feeding for cutter head is finished, and the automatic feeding is complemented by using the Archimedean thread. To be sure of the processing precision, the longitudinal of the machine adopts the position detection device to realize the accurate control for the wider longitudinal of the machine. So the orientation error and following error which accompany the slender bar processed are reduced, then the accurate process is implemented. The control features of the control card are analyzed and the cutter feeding is implemented by the follow-up control of the electric motor. The feeding and the retract of the tool is completed by the speed accumulation, then the control program of the automatic feeding part for cutter head is defined. The designing program of the error compensation of the feeding for cutter head is analyzed to the error of the structure of the part for the automatic feeding by analyzing and researching the feature of the motion control card. The function of the distance compensation of the motion control card is implemented. The control program of the key part of the whole machine is defined by analyzing the theory of the mechanic part and the control part. The paper analyzes the function of the follow-up control of the motion control card and the function of the closed loop control and other functions of the control for the machine. The control program and the mechanic program supply the theory control program for the development of the machine and the processing. This makes the reducer whirling milling processing become possible.
