Research On The Control System Of CNC Leather-cutting Machine Based On The Motion Control Card

Leather-Cut equipment is at the bottom of leather products’s production chain, so thedevelopment of a fast, efficient cutting equipment is very important.Currently,in China mostleather processing enterprises mainly artificial, supplemented by a small amount of mechanicalcutting equipment means processed leather, this way cutting inefficient, and requires a lot ofskilled workers, with the rising cost of domestic labor, R&D high degree of automation of CNCcutting machine which is labor-saving is very necessary. Based on this point, a leather-cuttingmachine’s motion control system based on a motion control card was designed.This thesis is to study the CNC control system of leather-cutting machine, including thecontrol system software and hardware design, system software, the key algorithms andimplementations, and system testing and so on.Firstly,the thesis analyse the usage of domestic and international Leather Cutter equipmentin detail,combined with the advantages and disadvantages of various control systems,againstcharacteristics and performance requirements of multi-layer leather cutting, developed a controlsystem software and hardware overall program, as ready for later in development. Secondly,focusing on the mechanical structure of the key cutting machine, rotary cutter body and thedesign of transmission to do a thorough description especially, and describes the principle ofAdvantech PCI-1240U motion control card. Finally,combine the features of the system’s controlsoftware, highlights R&D of CNC cutting machine for leather development of control software,it provides the software design of the overall program. This program includes CAD interfacemodule,code conversion module,graphics module,real-time display module, typesetting moduleand so on, also shows the critical algorithm of path optimization.Through test of experiment stations and cutting machine,validate hardware and software systemof this syst emdeveloped rationality and reliability. The systemis running well,also havehigh efficiency,it can provide a good reference for R&D of the latter work...
