Feed system is an indispensable part of precision machine tools,ball screw pair is the key link of precision machine tools and CNC machining center,ball screw plays the role of precise transmission and positioning,the hot deformation of lead screw will seriously affect the precision of precision machine tools.This article main research improve accuracy,precision machine tool feed system of ball screw feed system made a series of relevant analysis and research,find out the influence factors to improve the precision of system,and by means of mathematical modeling,finite element simulation analysis,using the GALIL motion control card of the feed system are analyzed and the research,proposed to the feed system of thermal error compensation scheme.Based on GALIL motion control card,a series of system analysis is carried out on the machine tool:The error source of the machine tool is analyzed and the research object is determined.By establishing the mathematical model of the machine tool feed system,using the MATLAB software simulation analysis was carried out on the feed system of systemic,verify the performance of the feed system,and with different speed loop gain of the feed system are simulated,by comparing the simulation results,the stability of the system is affected by the system including the speed loop gain;Established the physical model of ball screw,and the finite element meshing and the corresponding boundary conditions are analyzed,based on this,and by using ANSYS software of balls crew thermal characteristic finite element model is established,on the characteristics of temperature field and thermal deformation of ball screw are analyzed in detail,the feed system main influencing factor of the thermal deformation,and can reduce the ball and screw thermal deformation factors of effective way;The compensation module of GALIL motion control card is developed to compensate the thermal error of the feed system.The Visual Basic software is used to study the Visual software using module,then the control principle of thermal error compensation based on GALIL motion control system is expounded,and the mathematical model of real-time compensation is given.Finally,an experimental study of compensation based on GALIL motion control card is carried out,and the results are analyzed and verified.
