Under this background, the research of the vortex spinning and MVS is necessary.We have done a series of research on traditional vortex spinning and murate vortex spinning, such as basic structure, gas flow characteristics in the Internal flow and Yarn Mechanism.Testing the internal flow of the vortex tube, through the Measurement of the pressure, we Calculation the speed of the gas in the vortex tube, analyze the motion of the end of the yarn.Vortex tube of Vortex spinning has been preliminarily researched in this paper. The flow state in the vortex tube has been researched through theoretical analysis, measure and test and imitation of CFD. The kinestate of internal fiber in the nozzle has been directviewing obtained through the imitation.The flow field distribution rule has been found out and the theoretical analysis and test result has been compared. This paper has the direction in the design of new vortex tube.
