| This article has developed a jet vortex spinning thread,compared with the traditional ring spinning sewing performance analysis,test analysis results show that the strength of the ring single yarn and ring sewing thread are slightly higher than the corresponding MVS products,but the increasing percentage in strength between MVS sewing thread and its single yarn is greater than the corresponding ring spinning products;Compared to ring yarn,MVS yarn has less yarn defects,but the number of yarn defects in MVS sewing thread is similar in ring spinning thread;the hairiness index of MVS yarn and sewing thread are far less than the corresponding ring spinning products;the elongation of MVS yarn is less than ring yarn,and MVS sewing thread slightly smaller than ring spinning thread.In order to better study the strength changes of the MVS sewing thread,the paper analyzes the yarn structure changes of MVS sewing thread and ring spinning sewing thread from the yarn structure and the yarn structure changes which is caused by twisting.By comparison,it was found that the ring yarn had a uniform helical structure,and the change of inside and outside after twisting was consistent,and the overall strength of the yarn decreased firstly and then increased.However,the MVS yarn has a double structure.After twisting,the outer fiber change is similar to that of the ring yarn,and the twist of the core fiber is gradually increased from 0,then the overall strength of the MVS yarn is always increasing.In addition,this paper tests the strength of the single yarn and the sewing thread of the two methods,and verifies the article’s analysis of the two yarn structures.The comparison results show that the percentage increase in the strength of the MVS spinning thread is higher than that of the ring spinning sewing thread.In this paper,the image method was used to measure the yarn twist angle of air jet vortex yarns.Through the relationship between the angle of turns and the twist factor,to calculate the twist coefficient of the yarn.Then according to the standard of yarn twist strength,to judge the strength of the jet vortex spinning yarn.In addition,this article has developed five different types of twisted jet vortex spinning threads.Yarn performance is characterized by yarn breaking strength,elongation at break,yarn thin place,yarn thick place,and neps.The gray near-optimal comprehensive determination method was used to comprehensively evaluate the yarn quality of five yarns.The excellent jet vortex spinning stitches were selected for ply twisting.According to the experimental data,the overall performance of the sewing thread with a twist of 800 turns/meter is optimal. |
