Design Of Closed Fibers-converging Device Of Swirl Spinning

Swirl spinning is a new-type open-end spinning process. It makes use of jet air to process fibers in order to resolve the matters in air-jet spinning. It substitutes roller drafting system with combing roller drafting system, which ensures that the drafting system of swirl spinning has the advantages of high drafting speed, high drafting efficiency, little abrasion, and etc.The closed fibers-converging device I designed is the amelioration of the disc swirl spinning, and the above two both are swirl spinning, but the disc swirl spinning is non open-end spinning process and the other is open-end spinning process.On the basis of large former experiment, I designed the closed swirl spinning device and process, got some related parameters. Then I draw the blueprint of the closed fibers-converging device and made it. At last, I installed the machine successfully, and it could make core-filaments spun yarns. During the experiment I confirmed some parameters related to the yarn's performance. Core-filaments spun yarn was chosen as evaluation object for the reason that its spinning process was steady. The yarn was spun with varied parameters of process, and the tenacity performance, as well as the coverage performance and filoplume quality, was tested.The method of single-factor analysis was used to analyze the tenacity,coverage performances and filoplume qualities of the yarn processed in the condition of different spinning parameters. Through former research, I not only knew the yarn's performances, but also I could design the machine better with these results. Finally, results were got as following:1,The closed fibers-converging device can converging fibers better than the disc swirl spinning, and the effect was close to rotor spinning;2,The yarn structure I made was different from the disc swirl spinning's;3,When the fibers-converging device fixed well with the fiber-conducting device, the smaller theаwas, the better yarn's performance was. And I chose 13°in this experiment;4,Whenβwas 16°, the yarn's performance was better;5,The tenacities of all of the core yarns are better than those of the core filaments, which shows that sheath fibers bear a part of yarn tenacity.
