A Study On The Main Factors Effecting The Properties Of BOPP Synthetic Paper

The synthesis paper is squeezed out and formatted with the main raw materials polyolefin resin and inorganic filler. It has the plastic and the paper characteristic simultaneously and is a kind of multi-purpose material. The synthesis paper is one kind of plastic new material product, also is one kind of environmental friendly product too. It is light, with large intensity, resists and tears, the printable and so on. The synthesis paper is a significant breakthrough of modern paper market.Polypropylene belongs to the crystal high polymer, its crystal structure was influenced by the adding of the hole agent, therefore caused the vary of the function of synthesis paper.The main factors affecting the properties of BOPP synthetic paper were studied. Studying results indicate that the stretching degree and different diameter and dosage of pore-foaming agent affect the strength and density of the synthesis paper.Stretching technique is the most important factor affecting the performance of synthetic paper. Longitudinally stretching temperature and stretch ratio will affect the mechanical properties, optical properties and surface properties of BOPP synthetic paper. Operation speed of production line is also an influential factor.SEM observations of micro-morphology of products under different technological conditions reveal the relationship between technological conditions and performance of products.
