In this paper the definition on the synergism of mixed surfactants was further improved by using ideal solution of mixtures as a comparison. Rosen derived that the conditions for improving the surfactants binary mixtures in the surface tension reduction effectiveness were, c12 < c10≤c20,|βs|>|ln(c1/c2)|.The conditions for in formulating blended micelles were: cmc12 < cmc10≤cmc20,βm < 0 , |βm|>|ln(cmc10/cmc20|. (By conversing the conditions, the effectiveness of the surfactants binary mixtures reduced) However, in the practical application, we found that the theory was only partly suited. Therefore, On this basis we modified and improved the theory of the Synergistic Effect in binary mixed systems of surfactants. Synergistic Effects of the mixtures of two surfactants was obtained. Application of these relationships to five binary systems of surfactants, LS45-PDD systems, LS45/MDD, LS45/MTD, C10E7/C12E3S, C10E5/C12E3S systems, showed all of the systems are consist with observed data. This indicated that our theory on the study of Synergism in nonideal binary mixed system of surfactants was easier and more accurate.
