Four kinds of novel fluorinated polyether surfactants C4F9CH2CHICH2O(CH2CH2O)12H(A), C4F9CH2CHI(CH2)9O(CH2CH2O)12H (B), C6F13CH2CHICH2O(CH2CH2O)12H (C) andC6F13CH2CHI(CH2)9O(CH2CH2O)12H (D) which have different lenth of C-F chains and C-Hchains were prepared by compounds allyl alcohol (CH2=CHCH2OH), undecen-1-ol(CH2=CH(CH2)9OH), Perfluoroalkyl iodide [F(CF2)mI (m=4,6)] and ethylene oxide. And thereactions were initiated by AIBN. The synthesis of parcial fluorinated polyether surfactantsF(CF2)mCH2CHI(CH2)9OH(m=4,6;)was discussed. The best reaction conditions on yield of product C4F9CH2CHICH2O(CH2CH2O)12H (A)was discussed by SPSS20.0, with the temperature90℃, the initiator dosage0.8mol%, thereaction time12h, The raw material mole ratio (undecen-1-ol: Perfluorinated butyl iodine=1:1.2), respectively. The structures of products were characterized by IR,19FNMR,1HNMRand13C-NMR.Their surface tensions of solution were measured, which shows that the four kinds offluorinated surfactants have low surface tention [23.50mN/m (A),25.27mN/m (B),21.03mN/m (C) and28.14mN/m (D)] and low critical micelle concentrations (CMC)[9.85mmol/L (A),0.28mmol/L (B),0.42mmol/L (C) and0.13mmol/L (D)].The saturatedadsorption are1.10mol/cm2(A),0.26mol/cm2(B),0.24mol/cm2(C) and0.53mol/cm2(D),respecttively.The superficial area are1.51nm2(A),6.39nm2(B),6.92nm2(C) and3.13nm2(D), respectively. The cloud points of A and C are both under75℃and the one of B and Dare more than90℃. The HLB values of four product are measured, showing that thehydrophilicity are A (11.7), C (10.6), B (10.4), D (9.5), strong to weak. The thermal stability of four fluorinated surfactants are discussed, whose initialdecomposition temperature are170℃(A),213℃(B),170℃(C) and230℃(D) and theend decomposition temperatures are410℃(A),430℃(B),410℃(C) and430℃(D).The four kinds of fluorinated polyether surfactants and SDS are compounded in differentratios, respectively. The surface tention of water can be reduced to a minimum27.19mN/mwhen product A and SDS are in portion1:1. The surface tention of water can be reduced to aminimum24.9mN/m when product B and SDS are in portion3:1. The surface tention of water can be reduced to a minimum23.5mN/m when product C and SDS are in portion3:1.The surface tention of water can be reduced to a minimum29.7mN/m when product A andSDS are in portion3:1. The mixed effect of B and SDS is ideal, others are not as good as it.The four kinds of fluorinated polyether surfactants and SDS are compounded in differentmass ratios for electrospinning, respectively. The result is wonderful when the ratios arem(PVA):m(A)=196:1(the diameter is between200nm and510nm), m(PVA):m(B)=173:1(thediameter is between290nm and510nm), m(PVA):m(C)=368:1(the diameter is between330nmand510nm), m(PVA):m(D)=343:1(the diameter is between260nm and290nm). In those ratiosthe results are good and the fibers are in good shape, no adhesion, uniform thickness andclosely spaced.
