The Research On The Upgrading Design Of The Filter Rod Shaping Machine Of KDF2

The filter rod shaping machine of AF2/KDF2/HCF80, was produced by HAUNI Company in the Germany. Because of the limited of design time and worked tens years, the equipment has shown a few faults of technologies, for example ,the high failure rate of electric appliance, the labialization of the quality of filter rod , which was caused by the labialization of the drive system. It had not satisfied with the requisition for production of the present. The filter rod shaping machines of the world were surveyed, and the significance of economy and realism were researched in the article. Analyzed the problem of the filter rod shaping machine of KDF2 and referenced the correlation technologies of the KDF3 and KDF4, which were new generation of the filter rod shaping machine, the dissertation put forward series design and research on the AF2/KDF2/HCF80,such as reform of the PLC for the electric control system of the complete appliance, the apply of driven independently, the design for changing the frequency of the main electromotor, for the servo mechanism on the dynamic exchange paper under the high speed, for the servo mechanism on the drug roller and for the tension update of the cotton tape cylinder.The upgrading scheme presented by the dissertation has been implemented on the serving machines, and the data created after upgrading reform were compared with the previous data. The good result has been obtained. Meanwhile, the related discussion and prospect about the speed increasing modification of the machines, the online diameter measurement and control system and the host computer communication have been researched in the dissertation. It is convenient for the further improvement and the technical upgrading in the future.
