Research On The Innovative Countermeasure Of Safety Management For Dongtan's Coal Mine

Coal is an important kind of primary energy; it plays a strategic role in the economic development. The safe production of coal mine is closely related to the worker's lives, the healthy development of coal industry and the social stability as well. Thus, it is considered as the top priority of all safety production work. So, we can say that the study on the innovative countermeasures of safety management for coal mine is not only helpful to promoting safety management system for mining enterprises but also very significant to fully implement the scientific concept of development and important to build the harmonious society.This thesis, with Dongtan Coal Mine as the object, starts from explaining the related concepts and theories of safety management, points out the problems lying in the Dongtan's safety management by analyzing based on statistic data and the present safety management situation, then analyzes the causes for the problem. On this basis, it comes up with some new ideas and methods of safety management which include innovating safety management of coal mine by adhering to scientific development concept, strengthening the training of security team to monitor the production, strengthening the establishment of the enterprise safety culture and promoting staff quality on safety. The conclusion of this study will have some significant influence on improving the safety management of Dongtan and other coal mines in our country.
