Mine ventilation is an important part of the production under a mine. A safe,reliable, economic and practical mine ventilation system has significant meaning for guaranteeing the safety in production under a mine.With the development of the technology of computers,the function of current ventilation software is too single,it cann't combine the function of calculation,regulation and system assessment at the same time.So the authors researche on the integration of mine ventilation calculation,regulation and assessment for dealing with these problems, taking visual basic 6.0 as development platform and sql server being served as the background database.System design included ventilation network calculation, network regulation and system assessment modules. The four modules can not only be excuted independently, but also can be unified by program interface and database file organically.The ventilation network mathematics modeling is based on graph theory, technology of ventilation network,object-oriented programme,flow network modeling and computer graphics etc.The computer algorithms of the minimum spanning tree,finding loops and scott hinsley has been improved,so the efficiency of the programme and the stability of Ventilation network calculation has also been improved.Several regulating plans which include added-resistance, resistance-reducing, main fan was proposed.And the algorithms of network regulation optimization and unadjustable branch treatment was improved in ventilation network regulation module. So it is convenient for user to choose the corresponding adjustment measures according to need.Using the method of Man-Machine-Environment analysis,a systematic and scientific index system of safety assessment is established in mine ventilation assessment module. Based on the characteristics of assessment methods,the AHP-FCE model was established for safety assessment study on mine ventilation system,and the assessment result is vetified by AHP.Through practical application in New Century Mine, this software was proved that it not only has a good interface,convenient operation and complete function,but also greatly reduce workload on ventilation network calculation,network regulation and system assessment etc and increase work efficiency,and it plays an active role for guaranteeing safety production...
