So if such large-scale production equipments are removed from the production line to have a technological transformation or upgrade, will seriously affect the steel and iron the continuous production flow, and will increase the technological transformations investment and create a serious economic loss.For this situation of the steel industry faced in technological transformation, the research of insitu processing of large-scale mechanical device appears essential extremely. The insitu processing is a kind of processing method, which the processing objects are in the erection work position of equipment or production line, and use the processing equipment or the processing craft tool to carry on the machine process. The insitu processing technology can repair the production line equipment components on-line; reduce the debugging time, and advantages to the fast production of production line. So the insitu processing technology has an important significance of reduce the cost of enterprise transformation and equipment operating, and improve the utilization ratio of equipment resources.Combined with the technology transformation project of E1, E2 edger Mill Frame of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co., the paper has researched the technology and equipment of insitu reaming processing. The paper will give a well reference and guiding effect to the application of insitu process technology of Iron and steel enterprise in our country.Firstly, on the bases of research status and development trend home and abroad, the paper has researched the importance and significance of study the insitu reaming processing, and Introduced the project background of the paper proposed.Secondly, the scheme designing and optimization of insitu reaming processing have been studied. By carry on a detailed analysis to the insitu reaming processing technology, and carry on a detailed calculation to the cutting force and cutting power, this paper has done a detailed analysis to three designing schemes, and carry on a comparison to the these three kind of designing schemes, finally has selected the best designing schemes of the three.Moreover, the paper has done a further analysis and study to the best design scheme, and a further optimized design scheme has been done. In the optimized design scheme, the two main components, the milling power box and the milling machinery slider have been carried out a detailed optimization. Also a cutting experiment has been done to the final optimized design scheme, and a detailed exposition to this cutting experiment has been made.At last, the optimized process scheme has been putted to the project practice. The positioning installation, fastening and the actual practice of in-situ processing equipment have proved that the project implementation has obtained a good economic efficiency, and the project targets anticipated completed perfectly. |
