Study On Product Data Security System Of Cooperative NC Machining Based On Citrix

Product cooperative machining has applied in more fields than ever in manufacturing industry, as it can take full advantage of external power and shape an enterprise's core competitiveness. Within the operating of cooperative machining, product data safety is a significant issue which always disturbs the development of cooperative business. Among researches at home and abroad, most of them are concentrated at the network data security and encryption and decryption techniques, while little of them focus on the product data security in the whole course process of cooperative NC machining. Combined with the natural science and fund planning project of Chongqing City——Study on the key technology of NC equipments sharing oriented the product data security, the paper has done some special researches of product data security in cooperative NC machining, including security mode, working flow and achievement technology etc.First of all, based on the analysis of the operation status quo and the main problems existed in cooperative NC machining, this paper has a research on how to eliminate the product data leakage and puts forward a product data security mode based on Citrix, it also analyses the operation flow of security mode. The cooperative enterprises can't browse and use the product data of the sharing resource library until they get the permission from the main factory, they make the technical data remotely, but they can't get the product data directly. It provides the realization of digital management from the manufacturing task's creation,publication and the product data's modification, ratification, submission and filing, to make sure the safety of the product data.Secondly, a general structure scheme of the product data security system of cooperative NC machining based on Citrix is proposed, after analyzing the security mode mentioned above. Then, the thesis has a detailed design on the system both in hardware and software. The following aspect is designed via hardware system: hardware system of the main factory, cooperative enterprise's workshop hardware and the connection between informational terminal and NC equipment. Analysis and design of four subsystems in software is done, including sharing resource library, management information system of cooperative machining, paperless production support system in workshop, terminal equipment safety system. In addition,this thesis have an emphasis on introduction of the Citrix solution in resources sharing library designing and the system security design.At last,combined with the situation of a enterprise's mold cooperative machining, this thesis exploited a product data security system of cooperative NC machining based on Citrix. The implementation result of the security system is good, which is applied to the enterprise's mold cooperative NC machining. The realization method and useful experience are provided for the product data security in cooperative NC machining.
