Study On Technical Information Security System Orienting Cooperative NC Manufacturing

Cooperative numeric control (NC) manufacturing is adopted more and more comprehensively in our country. But the technical information leakage during the cooperation has hindered cooperative NC manufacturing from development. In recent years, researches at home and abroad on the security of technical information in cooperative manufacturing are concentrated at cooperation fellow selection and encryption and decipherment technique. But little research has been done on the security of technical information in the whole process of cooperative manufacturing. Therefore this paper does some researches on technical information security in the whole process of cooperative NC manufacturing.First of all, based on the analysis of the technical information leakage in cooperative NC manufacturing, a technical information security mode orienting cooperative NC manufacturing is advanced. In this mode, users can only use the technical information about products but can't get it; furthermore users can only download the encryption NC code but can't get the corresponding plaintext. So under this mode, the security of technical information is guaranteed.After that, a structure of technical information security system of cooperative NC manufacturing has been set forward based on the security mode above. The system is composed of hardware and software. The hardware is composed of internet server, PC workstation, information interaction terminal and NC manufacturing equipments. The software is designed from four aspects: the information system between companies, the networked share system, the information system in cooperative company, the security system on terminal and manufacturing equipment, and two system are realized: the information system between companies and the information system in cooperative company.At last, a set of technical information security system orienting cooperative NC manufacturing is developed and applied at a forging company, and the result of system implementation is good.
