Study On The Water Environment Capacity In Zigong Urban Section Of Fuxi River

Water environment capacity is the quantity of pollutants received of certain unit in specific environmental goal,which reflects the principles of pollutant transfer and deposit in water environment as well as the environment tolerance in the particular function.In practice,water environment capacity is the basis of environmental objective management and a main constrained condition of district environmental planning as well as the key technique of the total water pollutant control.Accordingly,it is very important to study and make use of water environment capacity.This paper has in detail reviewed the basic theories on water environment capacity and river water environment capacity calculation models.Then this paper has collected and arranged a large quantity of environmental monitoring data, surveying data and hydrologic data.By these,the paper has researched the river water environment capacity of Fuxi river in Zigong urban segment and provided the scientific basis for the improvement of the urban environment of Zigong city and the water resources management.First of all,according to the situation of the environmental pollution surveys of Fuxi River of Zigong urban section,this article analyses the pollutant of the river and the situation of pollutant exhaust synthetically,and comes to the conclusion that industrial wastewater is the main pollution source.Secondly,the value method of single pollution exponent is used for valuating the water quality of this river,and the water pollution diachronic change along the way is analyzed.Drawing the conclusion from the analyzing,the main pollutant of Fuxi River of Zigong urban section is ammonia nitrogen.Thirdly,this article regards COD_Cr and ammonia nitrogen as the calculation index of water environment capacity.The one dimension water quality model is set up basing on the hydrographic character and the parameters and model are validated. Then the qualify mode of water environment capacity in this section is made sure by applying materiel equity method followed above.Subsequently,this paper calculating the water environmental capacity under different water flow.The concept of outage is excerpted to make certain the capacity of sewage volume in Fuxi River of Zigong urban section.And the reduction amount of sewages are worked out following present situation of the sewages capacity.Finally,this article analyses the environmental state of water of the Fuxi River of Zigong urban section synthetically and puts forward the pointed countermeasure of prevention,aiming at controlling of water pollution of river.
