Colophony type bond was widely implemented for raw material clamping process and the finished product releasing process in crystal glass grinding machine, where the bond was heated and cooled using special heater or cooler according to different application. For conventional way, oil or gas fuel was always treated as the power sources of heater, which has already shown some shortage such as high cost and safety problem. Hence it could not fulfill the requirement for massive and automatic manufacturing of crystal glass grinding product. Induction Heating is appropriated for its high efficiency, high speed, safety and uniformity during heating process. In addition, it has been used in smelting and automotive industry successfully. The innovation of this paper is to apply "Digital induction heating system" to crystal glass grinding machine. The induction heating power supply for raw material clamping process and the finished product releasing process in crystal glass grinding machine was designed. Besides, by using digital signal processors, the control systems were developed, with heating precision process control, and numerical control system can be integrated, easy to use, the protection in place and so on.Use of the device on the Polyhedron crystal grinding centers running the show by induction heating system designed not only to meet the requirements of the original production process, and the stability of the running, energy-saving effect, at the same time significantly shortened the time to process material up and down, so that the entire mill reduce the efficiency of the process has been greatly enhanced.This thesis main content is about:First, analysis of the disadvantages of traditional heating to loading rough crystal and unload finished crystal from the grinding machine; introduction of elements on induction heating, and current development as well as application of induction-heating power supply.Second, the importance and the achievement of the Phase Locking Loop (PLL) in the series resonance circuit is introduced. Based on the analysis and the modulation of PLL, a new type DPLL is designed. The mathematical model of the DPLL in the series resonance circuit is built up. And the feasibility of the DPLL is testified.Thirdly, this paper introduces the achievement of the DPLL in DSP, including the hardware circuit design and the software design. Then it compares the result with the traditional PLL.
