Amorphous alloy is a new type of magnetic material with excellent soft magnetic properties,abrasion resistance,corrosion resistance,high hardness and toughness,high resistivity.Compared with traditional silicon steel sheet transformer,amorphous alloy transformer has obvious energy saving effect.Therefore,the research on the design and energy-saving technology of the melting system of amorphous strip production line has become the focus of the industry.In this paper,the induction heating equipment for the preparation of amorphous strip is taken as the research object.According to the melting characteristics and technological process of amorphous strip,the appropriate melting system is selected and configured to achieve the energy saving effect.Firstly,this paper introduces the preparation process of amorphous strip as a whole,analyzes the melting process of amorphous strip in detail,and summarizes its melting characteristics,especially points out that the power supply is in low power operation state for a long time during the melting process of amorphous alloy.At the same time,the principle of induction heating and the structure of medium frequency furnace are described.Secondly,the thesis designs the configuration of the whole melting system.The melting power,resonant frequency and load matching are analyzed and determined,and the power devices,rectifier and inverter circuit structures are compared.Finally,the scheme of one tow two series resonant half-bridge inverter intermediate frequency furnace is determined,and the parameters of each part are calculated in detail.This paper analyzes the energy saving of the designed amorphous smelting system from the aspects of electrical principle,power supply structure and related supporting facilities.Finally,the energy consumption of the three different configurations of the smelting system is theoretically estimated and compared,and the output effect of the designed system is simulated in the MATLAB/Simulink environment.The correctness of the theoretical research and the effect of energy saving are verified by analyzing the electrical parameters in the actual production process of the test base and measuring the real-time energy consumption data of the amorphous production line.In this paper,the energy saving advantages of series resonant induction power supply and the high efficiency of the first tow and two power supply schemes are proved by theoreticalanalysis and field experiments.In view of the current manufacturers and users on the amorphous smelting equipment energy saving,environmental protection and high efficiency requirements are increasingly high,the research will promote the relevant industrial research and development.
