Design Of Full-Scale Testing System For Separate Steam Injection

The separate steam injection technology, which can make the division of the steam injection units, according to the different characteristics of the oil reservoir, is playing a more and more important role in the late of heavy oil thermal recovery. There are two important factors which affect the result of the separate steam injection: the first one is how to establish the mathematical model between the reservoir and the steam injection parameter, the other one is the performance of the down-hole production tools, and they are the highlight of current domestic and international research.Based on deep analysis and investigation, in this paper a design of full-scale testing system for separate steam injection is put forward, which can simulate the process of separate steam injection, can also be used to test the sealing performance of the down-hole production tools. And an intelligent control system is designed for this test equipment, which can complete the signal acquisition and control automatically. The system has the features of full-scale, multi-functional, high-performance and high-adaptability.The completed work mainly includes several aspects as follow:1. Analyzed the development status and trends, completed the overall design of the testing system. And design the process flow chart according to the functional requirement.2. Plan the test platform, including the distribution of the pipeline, and the mechanical design of special equipment.3. Design the measurement and control system, complete the hardware design of control level, developed the control program with Visual C++ to display parameter, storage data, communicate in the network and so on.4. Debug the measurement and control system, verified the basic function.
