With the social progress and the improving of people,s living standard, the urban landscape was also increasingly high demanded by people. The establishment of river landscape around cities can not only beautify the environment, but also help increase people's cultural and recreational activities, and enhance the quality of life.In this paper, based on the landscape river water supply and demand changes of the future planning regional, considering coordination of the rain water,renewable mutual and original water, using the non-technical means, a landscape of the river model is builded that joint optimized opeartion of the water quantity and water quality. Its essence is to improve the efficiency of the allocation of the regional water resources and the focus of this research is to find ,in the perspective of water quantity and water quality, meet the ecological landscape water demand and the rational use of water resources in the best way.On the basis of the theory about the ecological water requirements at home and abroad, the ecological landscape river water demand model was built and the ecological water demand of 2010 and 2020 was calculated.In order to facilitate the establishment of the model, the landscape River has been simplified into the first section river, the second and the thirld ,so it is simple to establish a single river water quantity and water quality model.Under the diferent water quality goal,the author calculated the Total Maximum Daily Load(TMDL) on different sections of the river,which will provide a theoretical basis for the design of operation behind.In order to study the landscape river, and minimzing the short of water amount and aiming at maximizing the improvement of water quantity a operational water transfer model coupling multi-objective optimal arithmetic with the hydraulic-environmeltal simulation model was established for this landscape river, and determining reasonable scheduling programme by calculation.The research of Multiple water resources of water quantity and water quality joint optimized operation is an important and complicated scientific theme,and it is a comprehensive knowledge subject.of hydrology, water resources, economics, ecology, environmental studies, science and computer science systems. As the object of this paper is still in the early stages of the project, still not perfect enough, we must further master the mutual function and coupling relation of water resoures system, socio-economic system and the ecological environment system, improve the water quantity and Water quality model and its joint optimal scheduling constraints, and promote comprehensive utilization of water resources within the region and planning in future research work.
