Study On Processing Project Of National IV Standard Gasoline Oil In PetroChina Dagang Petrochemical Corporation

This thesis analyzed in detail the current supply and demand of vehicle-use gasoline in China and, carried on an estimate of future finished product oil supply circumstance in the certain period. In the thesis, a summary of the gasoline quality development in domestic and international circumstance was conducted , and a detailed research on upgrading the domestic and international gasoline quality was got.Combined with the advanced catalyst crack craft reducing the alkene hydrogenation technique taking off the sulphur in the gasoline and current production present condition in Dagang petrochemical company at present, the thesis produced the craft route of the national IV standard gasoline to carry on a possibility research to Dagang petrochemical company, and put forward the production project of the country IV standard gasoline.If this project successfully implements, it will make the Dagang petrochemical company reduce the sulphur and the alkene content in the catalyst crack gasoline and produce the qualified and high clean gasoline.With the gasoline quality upgrading, product quality is improved, the exhaust quantity from the car availably will be reduced , the environmental protection condition around the petrochemical company gasoline sale region will be improved, and the competition ability of Dagang petrochemical company will be raised too.
