FCC(Fluid-bed catalytic cracking) gasoline is China’s car with the main source of gasoline, which in our gasoline products accounted for the ratio up to 76.7%. Its characteristics are high sulfur and olefin sulfur, the oil quality far from meeting the requirements of new National IV standard gasoline. Daqing Refining and chemical company as an important area of China’s oil refining and chemical plate branch companies, is also facing the same problem, the company’s FCC gasoline accounted for 81.4% of the total amount of gasoline in the whole plant, its sulfur content of 111 μɡ/ g, olefin content 34.67v%, two important indicators the far higher than Newly introduced National IV standards for gasoline(sulfur content is not more than 50μɡ/ g, olefin content is not greater than 28v%).In this paper,to Daqing Refining and Chemical Company gasoline quality in urgent need of upgrading as background. Firstly, we introduces the domestic and foreign main FCC gasoline desulfurization technology, secondly emphasized by China Petroleum & Chemical Research Institute developed catalytic gasoline selective hydrodesulfurization Technology(i.e. DSO Technology), the reaction principle.In Daqing Refining and chemical company by the DSO technology of gasoline hydrogenation desulfurization unit started to operate and qualified product gasoline output process, summed up the results of the study are as follows:(1) DSO technical features: Simple process, mild operation condition, low hydrogen consumption, high fluid; catalyst has the advantages of easy fabrication, stable quality, long service life etc.(2) Take the raw material oil multiple filter, set up the arsenic removal unit, the raw material oil buffer tank hydrogen protection, special air cold water injection, set up a variety of measures to ensure the implementation of the DSO technology.(3)core reaction process matters needing attention: In the pre hydrogenation reaction, the hydrogen oil ratio is always maintained at 5:1 ~ 10:1,and in the case of product quality, the reactor inlet temperature is as low as possible, and the reaction pressure is as high as possible; To maintain a large hydrogen oil ratio in the hydrogenation desulfurization reaction, and in the case of product quality, as far as possible to make the reactor operating at a lower temperature, and appropriately increase the reaction pressure, but not too much pressure; In the fractionation reaction, the cutting point of the distillation column should be adjusted according to the sulfur content of light gasoline, and the adjusting range is less than 1 degrees Celsius, and no more than 2 degrees Celsius per hour, and the reflux ratio should be kept in the design value(or higher).(4) Devicein November 8, 2013 14 when the output of qualified products(the total sulfur content of 24μɡ/ɡ, mercaptan sulfur content of 7 mu μ/ɡ), from the device running nearly a month of data, the sulfur content of FCC gasoline is reduced to 17 ug/g-28μɡ/ɡ,RON loss 0.1-0.6 units after DSO desulfurization, Olefin content in mixed gasoline is not more than 28v%, device processing capacity can reach 205t/h, 14.9kgoil/t energy consumption(design value of 15.22 kgoil/t), the above indicators have reached or even exceeded the DSO technology, this can be fully explained: through the DSO technology to fully meet the gasoline producing country IV gasoline standards, further demonstrate the excellent performance in the selective hydrodesulfurization of mature and reliable, worthy of application and promotion.
