Study On Process Improvement Of Huangqi Dangguijing Decoction

Huangqi Dangguijing Decotion is one of the preparation of Xi'an TCM Hospital, It has the nearly 20 years history in the clinical practice, and its clinical application scope has been extremely widespread. Because initial extracting process was limited by the condition, has not been conducted, this has been affected its effect in the clinical practice.Therefore, analyzed extracting methods by consultting literature material in this paper,confirmed the method of the water-decoction,and three levels in each of four process parament (amount of water,decoction times , duration of decoction and soak)were selected through orthogonal design.Yield of extracts , the contents of astragaloside IV and ferulic acid served as the detective markers.The results show that the optimal extracting process are: 2 times,1.5h,10 times amount of water.Secondly,chitosan has been widespread in purifying process in recent years.This method is superior to alcohol precipitation,such as reducing man-hour,saving the energy consumption and having ideal clarifing effect etc.Therefore, The study reformed the former purifing process, and the precipitation weight,the contents of ferulic acid served as inspection target,we studied temprarure of floccating liquid, stir duration , concentration of extraction solution and the ratio of added chitosan through many grouping experiments. The results show that the optimal purifing process are:concentration of extraction solution 1:2(material:solution), ratio of chitosan added 0.12%,under 50℃,stir duration 15min.In order to confirm the feasibility and the stability of extracting and purifying process, this research has carried on medium experiment to the new system process according to the quality standards registered, and kept observation to the sample for 6 months, and comparing with the original process.The result of study indicate that the new process is feasible and stable ,and superior to original process.
