This paper combined with the inspection need of DMU 80P five-axis milling machine has analyzed and studied some key problems in five-axis process. It is not only contributive to master correlative key technologies and to raise the theory level of advanced manufacture techniques, but also beneficial to use reasonably the machine tool in real production.Firstly, this paper has analyzed five-axis milling structure characteristics of DMU 80P, and the utilization laser interference apparatus is tested to the precision of machine tool after going deep into understanding machine tool structure and the control system. Finds the error cause of machine tool precision kinematics, and adjust to the machine tool precision, and makes his satisfy to use requirement.Then, according to the characteristic of this machine tool, I have carried on arithmetic formula analyzing to the machine tool coordinate mutation, non-linear error as well as feed-rate adjustment, and has put forward the corresponding instruction control measure, and has solved the key issue in post-processing, and it can make the machine tool achieves better process effect.This paper has detailed analyzed the process effect of the flat bottom milling cutter to revolve two angels. Using the method of space system of coordinates affine coordinate mutation and space diagram projection to have carried on the study of algorithm to the effective radius of cutter and the leaved height in the curved surface process, and has got the formula of correlation, and has been in progress the certification with the real process experiment.Finally, I carry on theory analysis and real cutting experiment study to five accuracy control function of HEIDENHAIN iTNC 530 control system, and sum up a cutting experiment parameter of accuracy control function.
