Marine monitoring and forecasting technique holds an important position in Marine Science domain.It has vital significance in marine environment protecting,marine resource exploration and marine disaster forecast.Referring to the newest marine monitoring techniques in the world and based on the disadvantages of our country's marine monitoring field,According to the requirements of predicting marine calamity and real-timely monitoring marine environment parameters,the marine monitoring system this thesis designs combines the advanced technologies and the modern theories and successfully establishes a high-precise and intelligent marine monitoring information system with related functions of automatically,continuously and real-timely monitoring marine environmental parameters,automatically transmitting,storage,analyzing and dealing with data,automatically releasing and sharing data products,dynamically monitoring long-distant system.The main research works are as follows:Firstly,give an introduction about research significance of marine water quality monitoring and forecasting system.Exhibit research status of marine water quality monitoring network,study of water environmental quality assessment and research conditions of water quality model.Secondly,aimed at the purpose and functional requirements,system architecture, hardware and software are designed.The system is divided into data monitoring subsystem and the central station subsystem.Briefly introduce about the functional modules of system and overall design of software and hardware.Thirdly,based on the principle of principal components analysis(PCA),the comprehensive evaluation method of marine water quality is raised.Then the method is used to analyzedata sets of marine water quality of southern Hong Kong in 2004,to determine the water quality class and identify pollution sources.So it proves that the method is feasible.Fourthly,the principles of the water quality NPZD-model are studied.Using parameters of the three characteristics to simulate model,simulation results indicates the model is right.Then the steps of marine water quality model-based forecasting are listed,so the operability of marine water quality forecasting is improved.Finally,the realization of the marine water quality monitoring and forecasting system software is given.According to the system architecture design,the functional requirements of the data monitoring subsystem software is completed.Then the comprehensive evaluation method of marine water quality Based on PCA and the method of marine water quality model-based forecasting are embedded in central station subsystem software in order to ensure the reliability of the results of the analysis of marine water quality. |
