Dangerous geological disasters,in the western region of China,is a relatively common thing,and is more frequent especially in highway construction and other large-scale civil engineering .Due to potential and long-term uncertainties dangerous geological disasters threaten the operational safety of highway .This paper ,in this context, is carried through the project of "Mountain area highway safety research in general operatation" based on Chongqing Jiaotong Scientific&Research Institution.The main contents of the thesis is the evaluation of dangerous rock to Shuima road through the stability of rock and the collapse of the road damage debregeasia in the use of possibility of theory and acknowledge.Apply with VisualBasic develop the evaluation of dangerous rock management system and make use of SuperMap manages the images.This paper including achievements as fallows(1) The factors that affect the stability of the rock are studied,and sum up 13 pairs of them.According to grasp the principal of contradiction to select the evaluation indicators,finally select 7 factors.(2) According to the principal of AHP, which give a comparative to 7 indicators. A weight table was got.Still applying to the basic steps to evaluate the Shuima road. The results of stability are got.(3) The spatial database and property database of rockfall management system is developed and the interface is designed.(4) According to the damage possibility of dangerous rock collapse and the possibility of dangerous rock stability which put forward to the risk evaluation model applying with the possibility theory knowledge.(5) The risk evaluation sub-modules of Shuima road dangerous rock management system is developed, applying with VisualBasic, and verified the results in line with the actual situation.Through the development of Shuima road dangerous rock mangement system which can effective warn the occurrence of traffic accidents, and the take corresponding measure.
