Clean Production Audition Applied On The Environmental Impact Assessment Of Specific Construction Projects Study

Clean production audition is a review of the sources of pollution, waste causes and the overall systematic solution of analysis and implementation process. The purpose is as far as possible to find efficient use of resources, reducing or eliminating waste production and emission method, by the implementation of the common analysis and assessment of pollution prevention. This paper applies clean production audition activities to activities and the steps of environmental impact assessment. Clean production audition will bring cleaner production project and have a great role on a high degree use of resource and control the source of waste generation and emissions. So it makes building units actively prevent in the implementation and building the process, change the backward organization and production methods, and use of environmental and economic benefits of high co-ordination of route reduce unnecessary economic losses of construction units. It is an effective method to achieve social sustainable development, and achieve the objective of the analysis of the clean production. It enhances the project's own clean production level and play actual role of the environmental impact assessment.This article applies the process of cleaner production to the clean production assessment analysis, and utilizes its principles and methods. This paper divides clean production analysis into three processes. It is pre-assessment, evaluation and feasibility analysis of cleaner production projects. And this analysis uses the ideas, principles and methods of clean production audition, advances the general steps, methods and principles, and analyses the feasibility of application of clean production audition. It uses mid-density board project of Heilongjiang as an example to explain and apply recommended the clean production method of this paper. In this example, we know how to use these analytical methods and principles. Mid-density board project makes a thorough clean production analysis, and find the source and the case of the pollution, so we make a number of low-cost or no cost ways to reduce pollutants generated. For example, raw materials because of the pollution mismanagement and lack of certain pollution control measures and produce pollution (For example, the reason of the unorganized emissions of the raw materials of formaldehyde, on the one hand because of the volatility caused by formaldehyde, and the other is because of the formaldehyde storage equipment failure caused the switch), and we grabbed the cause to control measures. According to this thinking, it use clean production audition from the eight aspects to find pollution sources and take corresponding measures to improve the cleanliness of the project production levels.Finally, because various construction project environmental impact assessment of clean production may have different problems for analysis and answers, but because space is limited in this paper can not be listed under the circumstances of the case cleaner production. It is the inadequacy of the paper. But according to offering the major policy steps, principles and methods of this paper can be applied to all construction project environmental impact assessment to cleaner production in the analysis. This paper provides and recommends the method of a high degree of practicability and reliability, can be applied to idiographic clean production analysis and practice of assessment.
