Study Of Lost Foam Cast Aluminum Coating With Fly Ash

Lost foam casting,with its simple process,casting size and high precision,small allowance is widely used in the production of castings.In the lost foam cast aluminum molding,lost foam coatings play a key role,and its good performance is well-cast aluminum pieces of the basic guarantee,Therefore,EPC preparation and performance is very important.Fly ash is one of solid waste,which crease environmental pollution and serious waste of resources,so,we have to explore the use of fly ash coating Preparation of Aluminum Lost Foam,realizing the comprehensive utilization of fly ash,and this has an important practical significance.In this paper,the fly ash chemical composition,physico-chemical properties and mineral composition were analysied,and the use of fly ash EPC Coating Preparation were explored.The fly ash,bauxite and talc high fire-resistant aggregate were used for symbol fire-resistant aggregate,and lithium-bentonite,CMC were selected for symbol deflocculant.Phenolic resin and silica sol binder were choosed for symbol binder.Last, the appropriate additives were added.The experiment use mixing and grinding process to prepare Aluminum Lost Foam Coatings.By testing the density,viscosity,suspension, and the surface strength and permeability properties of the coating,the effect of the coating component in performance was made.Through orthogonal test coating,the ingredient of the coating was optimized,and the lost foam cast aluminum coating with excellent performance was made,which wae used in the actual production of cast aluminum partsThe results show that:in this experiment,the coating have a goode coat,and not easy to drop mobility,handling and buried in the sand is not the process of deformation, with very good stiffness and strength,and has good air permeability,ther are not cast paraganglioma such as visco-sand.Preparation of fly ash in EPC Coating is feasible, not only for comprehensive utilization of fly ash,but also for lost foam coatings for the cost of a more low-cost sources,and this coating can be more ideal the effect of the application,with lots of very good economic and social benefits.
