After joining the WTO, China's medicine market becomes an open market. And medicine companies face the increasingly fierce competition. For many years, in our country medicine logistics cost is high. The most important reason is logistics resource allocation of Medicine Company is not reasonable. Therefore, to optimize the allocation of logistics resources will help medicine companies surviving and developing in the competition.First of all, this paper studies relevant literatures and understands the concepts of medicine and medicine logistics. Then it analyses medicine constitutes, medicine channels and development dynamic of medicine logistics. Basic on analyzing the situation of different types of medicine companies, this paper summarizes the logistics problems of medicine companies in our country.Secondly, by using the third-party logistics theory and the theory of the allocation of enterprise resources, this paper analyses the meaning, drivers and ways of allocation logistics resources of Medicine Company. Also in this part, the paper studies the cooperation modes between different types of Medicine Company and the third party logistics.Finally, by using multi-objective programming method, this paper establishes optimization model of medicine company logistics resource allocation, studies different allocation decisions of logistics resource in different strategic target. Also an example is given to introduce the multi-objective programming model of application how to use.The innovation of this paper is analyzing the cooperation between the medicine company and the third-party logistics from the angle of resource allocation, establishing the multi-objective programming model about logistics outsourcing decision under different goals of enterprise.
