| In recent years, the domestic medicine logistics has developed rapidly, but many problems still exist in the logistics development of the medicine logistics enterprises. How to discover and solve these problems in order to develop their logistical strategies accordingly is the core issue in this paper.This article mainly aims at Sanhe medicine logistics limited corporation, studies which strategy and tactics should be used to enter the field of medicine logistics, and formulates and implement its logistics strategy plan when face the changes of environment.The competitive environment, current situation and development trend of the medicine commercial enterprise have been analyzed in this paper. The Sanhe medicine logistics company' advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats have been analyzed detailed by use of SWOT model. The logistics strategy and development steps have been put forward, and from the terms of strategy goals and position and so on the strategy of value-added service, strategy of resource integration, strategy of exploring the third terminal have been planned preliminarily. |
