On-line measurement technology integrated with processing and testing,which provides a set of quality control methods effective for the CNC machining processing.It achieved automatic measurement during the processing,reduced the measurement time,and increased labor productivity.Error compensation improved the accuracy of the low-cost,break the limits of precision machining in general conditions based on existing manufacturing precision machine tools.So that the overall accuracy of machine tools rose to a new level,making it possible to meet the needs of some cutting-edge high-precision products,CNC machining parts requirements.In this paper,CNC machining parts on-line error detection and compensation research,as the following work:First,this article studied structure composition and the principle of numerical control processing online examination system based on the CCD,through the selection in CCD,the image gathering card,the DSP processor,illumination photo source,the article gave principle and the function,model of the parts.CCD actuation electric circuit based on the DSP is designed.Sceondly,image gathering and the processing project are introduced,in which image pretreatment,image division,thread parameter computation image processing and so on are elaborated in detail.Especially introducing the online thread pitch image which obtains carries on division processing,as well as the process of the image to carry on the goal edge detection after divides processing.It obtains the thread actual processing parameter,which is compared with the thread standard parameter,providing the qualified components online examination the criterion.Finally,the numerical control machine geometry error and processing thread error and the online compensation were analyzed in detail.First numerical control processing thread error analysis mainly concentrates on the formed movement analysis and the parameter error analysis two aspects;Then through analysis of processing the components error compensation,obtained result in revised the G code the three axle engine bed space position compensation strategy,for enhanced the online examination the precision to provide one kind of complete technical plan.This article research has the important use and promotes the value in the consummation and the promoted numerical control machine online examination and the erroneous compensation technology,which enhanced the processing components the processing precision and the efficiency,reducing the rejection rate.
