In this thesis,the identification methods of major environmental risk sources in Nanjing Chemical Industry Park were studied.Aiming at the characterisation of major environmental risk source,the differences between environmental risk sources and hazard source were given,and the classification system and level evaluation methods of major environmental risk source were established.Classification of environmental risk source is the basis of its identification and supervision. According to the characteristics of environmental risk source,its classification method is proposed based on three respects:environment receptor,state of substance and transmission route of accident risk, in order to make references to the research in this field.The identification of environmental risk sources should include two aspects:determination for the hazard scope and calculation of hazard index.The hazard scope was determined by TNT equivalent model,one-dimensional water quality model and Gauss Model based on the practical situations of Nanjing Chemical Industry Park.The compositive evaluation index of environmental risk source was established to quantify the level of major environmental risk source,consisting of water,gas and oil environmental hazard indexes.Including population loss,economy loss,society loss and ecological loss, the hazard index was obtained by series of loss models.Using the method suggested in this paper,we identified 16 environmental risk sources in Nanjing Chemical Industry Park and the results showed that there were 3 gradeⅠsources,2 gradeⅡsources,7 gradeⅢsources,4 gradeⅣsources and 1 source not belonging to major environmental risk source, respectively.The value range of compositive evaluation indexes calculated was 35~2124,which reflected good distinction degree and was beneficial to identification.Located at the bank of Yangtze River in Jiangsu Province,Nanjing Chemical Industry Park is typical and has demonstration effect.And the technologies of identification for major environmental risk source put forward in this paper is also suitable for chemical industry parks other cities along the rivers.
