This paper gives a research on the biochemistry treatment of the oily wasterwater in the port,the ultimate goal is finding a practical technics for the Biochmecial treatmeat to the oily wastewater in the port.According to anlysed water quality and compared the biochemistry methods,the paper adopt'Sedimentation for large cans + Oil separator tank +Coagulation and sedimentation tank'for pretreatment ,and gives a pre-test also.Adopte'biological hydrdysis+membrane biological reactor'combination process teat the oily wasterwater. The small and large-scale experiment is carried to the selected methods, The paper discuss the advanced technics also.The oily wasterwater has the complexing components in the port, it's contained higher salt, some sands,rust and sediment of the chemicals etc, the salt contention is instability in particularly, it fluctuates is from 3000mg/Lto7000mg/L.This characteristic would given more difficulties for the Biochimestry technics.Pre-test given a good foundation for Biochemical treatment follow-up.Oil sewerage quality be greatly improved after physical and chemical pretreatment,the oil substances,suspended solids,COD indicators.inc have been removed satisfying.The small-scale experiment result showes that the salinity is one of the important factor which affect the biological system operat stablely, so be ensuring the salinity in the range which the biological system can be ensured.The large-scale experiment gives a test for biological hydrdysis+membrane biological reactor'combination process,the result showes that the effluent quality which be treated by MBR system was satisfactory when the HRT in 6 hours and the salt contentions small then 8000mg/L, the water quality can be achieved to the secondary standard of The Westwater Discharge Standards(GB8978-1996).The paper also gives a probe into the wastewater after the biological system, the experiment result showes that use adsorption tank of activated carbon system as depth process can be achieved to the primacy standard of the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996).The Paper gives a design and calculation for the biological structures's size and matching system which be selected finally.
