In common high concentration organic wastewater, pharmaceutical wastewater belongs to a more difficult, because of the different varieties of different pharmaceutical factory production of drugs and the production technology of differences caused by different pharmaceutical wastewater. Most of the characteristics of the pharmaceutical wastewater composition is complex, containing organic pollutants of the variety and the density is high, the waste water containing high CODCr values and BOD5 values and change is big, the effluent BOD5/CODCr value difference is relatively large, high concentration of ammonia nitrogen, deep chromaticity, toxicity, containing suspended solids have a greater density of SS. And pharmaceutical factory is usually a diverse range of goods, leading to its water and producing kinds of pollutants of wastewater change more. A jiangxi pharmaceutical co., LTD. As A pharmaceutical enterprise, its original pharmaceutical wastewater treatment using "physico-chemical pretreatment+ hydrolytic acidification+A/O" process, but as the scale of production gradually expand and produce change, lead to the original wastewater treatment process can’t satisfy the production processing scale, wastewater quality often exceeds bid. This article through to the plant pharmaceutical waste water source, water quality characteristics, the effect of the original process and status quo of the existing problems of the research analysis, put forward using the physical and chemical pretreatment+hydrolytic acidification+IC+A/O "combination technology to upgrade the original treatment technique, solved the original treatment process design capacity can’t meet the requirements and the status quo of emission standards, to ensure the company to deal with the water discharging standard.New process equipment at the same time, in this paper, the modified IC supply are studied, and the treatment effect of COD was analyzed, and the results show that the modified expansion process of IC supply after processing, the concentrated waste water COD removal rate of 87.88% on average. Compared to the original process 57.67% of COD removal rate is greatly increased, greatly reduces the subsequent processing unit load.
