The Philosophical Thinking On Ecological Compensation Of China

Improvement of human living space is associated with economic development, and promotion of life quality depends on economic advancement. However, the profit and the cost of economic growth coexist all the time. (the cost is referred to ecological cost paid in the process of economic development.) Since industrial society began, the idea which was that human have values but nature don't has become the dominant idea. The primary social practice of people turned into plunder and destruction of nature, then led to ecological crisis. Therefore, we have to take allowance for the issue of ecological compensation. In other words, we must consider whether the advantages and disadvantages of economic development and ecological development can balance, moreover, after balancing that, the problem is more advantages than disadvantages or the opposite.After re-reading the theory about relationship between human and nature in Marxist philosophy, we use the method of integrating theory with practice, and from the point of view of the epistemology, methodology and the values, we analyze the ecological compensation theory and the current ecological compensation mechanism, then propose that the goal of ecological compensation should be ecosystem and economy in phase, human in harmony with nature, and sustainable development of human society. On this basis, combined with the actual situation in China, we point out that our economic compensation should be used"people-oriented"as a core concept, comprehensive harmonious and sustainable development as the basic requirements, and the fundamental method of overall consideration be carried out throughout.
