| Sichuan Ruoergai plateau wetland which is in the upper plateau of the Yellow River region is China's largest peat swamp wetland. The wetland's ecological security is not only related to the production and life of local farmers, and is also related to the ecological balance of the Yellow River Basin. It is a big step forward of China's wetland protection and management theory and practice and it also laies the basis for the sustainable development of the Yellow River in theory and practice that Ruoergai plateau wetlands achieve sustainable development.Currently, Sichuan Ruoergai plateau wetland face a series of problems which are area's sharp drop, grassland's degradation, desertification area's expansion, mining's overpeat, the reduction of the species and number of animal and plant. Under the guidance of the theory of sustainable development, Sichuan Ruoergai plateau wetland will get rid of the recent corner and achieve the balance of population, resources, environment, economic and social. It is the right choice to resolve the problems of resources, environment and other issues.This paper takes the issues of sustainable development in this particular region of Sichuan Ruoergai plateau wetland as the main line, the sustainable development theory, regional economics, ecological compensation theory, source economics, environmental economics and many other front theories as the foundation. It concretely analyzes the natural resources, the economic and social situation and the existing problems and causes in Sichuan Ruoergai plateau wetland to ensure the principle and the Evaluation Index System of sustainable development. On this basis, based on the principle of the proportionate and coordinated development of resources, environment, economics, and society, considering the local economic, social and ecological environment, this paper designs the sustainable development index system of Sichuan Ruoergai plateau wetland. According to sustainable evaluation results, it puts forward the countermeases to achieve the sustainable development.In terms of the specific indicators construction and evaluation methods, this paper uses multivariate analysis, Analytic Hierarchy Process and other mathematical methods, and adopts MATLAB analysis as a auxiliary tool to make a comprehensive in-depth research on the sustainable development of Sichuan Ruoergai plateau wetland to solve practical problems. Sichuan Ruoergai plateau wetland is at the initial stage of sustainable development, including low pressure indicators, higher response indicators, which shows that Ruoergai wetland administrative authority takes effective policy measures with certain fruit. To further improve the ecological environment of wetland, this paper argues that we should establish ecological compensation system, alternative livelihood mechanisms and improve the corresponding legal system, policies and management mechanisms, and so on. |
