Research On The Ecological Compensation Mechanism Of Sustainable Development Of The Water Conservation Land

Water conservation land for urban water supply is very important for the subsistence of urban residents and for the sustainable development of urban area. With the high-speed development of economy, the environmental pressure of resource doubles. The water conservation land has become one of the important issues of our country's urban economy and social sustainable development in recent years. Since the nineties of the last century, the ignorance of input on the protection and ecological improvement of urban water conservation land, the unsustainable use of water conservation land has threatened water quality and safety of urban drinking water. But because of the limitations of commercial development and relevant policies, water conservation land is generally relatively backward in economy, and need one new mechanism badly to solve this kind of problems in the face of unbalance between the contribution and its reciprocation. The establishment and improvement of ecological compensation mechanism in the water conservation land is critical to solve the conflict between the protection and development of water conservation land. Based on the status quo of the domestic and foreign research on ecological compensation, this paper applies approaches that combine theoretic analysis, statistical analysis and model analysis and discusses the relations between sustainable development of the water conservation land and the ecological compensation and analyzes the contradictions and questions we face in the sustainable development process of the water source protected zone. Through building a sustainable development indicator system to illustrate the situation of water resources for sustainable development, thus to do practical analysis on the systematic study of ecological compensation mechanism in water conservation land so as to propose the thoughts on improvement of ecological compensation mechanism and its related measures.The study on ecological compensation in our country and even in the world is also at initial stage. The content of ecological compensation research is stll being expanded, a lot of which needs further investigation, for example: the problem of resources value's uncertainness, the establishment of an ecological compensation mode, legislative problem of ecological compensation etc. It is the very approach of solving the present sustainable development of the water conservation land to establish a complete ecological compensation scientifically, and carry it out in a effective way.
