| The device of breaking dynamite is a key technology for reclaiming overdue dynamite, but because of the dynamite's characteristic, for preventing people's safe and cutting the time of developing, reducing the cost, we use VM technology during the design. This technology can help the people observe the whole process of breaking, and also can analysis the key parts, optimize the design.This paper analysed the characteristic of the dynamite, researching on the way of breaking, breaking mechanism and working theory, confirming the structure of the device ofbreaking dynamite. Analysing the typical technology------breaking by steps, and drawingthe breaking process mechanism picture. Basis on the software CATIA , this paper created the device of breaking dynamite 3D model. Simulating by ADAMS, advancing some optimized suggestions.
