Eco-environment is a vital problem that faced by human being together in the 21 century.The stand or fall of eco-environment is not only closely bound up the existence and development of human being,but also the precondition and guarantee which carry out our country continuance strategy.NaiMan county of inner Mongnlia is located in the fanning-Pastoral zigzag zone of China.Rceently,beeause of the influenee of natural factors and man-induced factors,the eco-environment in that area has become much fragiler than before which makes the social economy development more difficult.The rational estimation of the eco-environment,therefore,is esseniial to the developmentnts of the economy and society,is also esseniial to ameliorate the fragile eco-environment in the farming-Pastoral zigzag zone of China.In this thesis,by taking the eco-environment as the researching objeet,Integrated research includes integrative theories and integrative teclmiques.The paper applied integrative theories of ecology.Integrative idea,systemic,regional sustainable development theories.3S formed integrated techniques in this paper.we have utilized the qualitative methods as well as the quantitative methods,analysing the dynamic Change characteristic of eco-environment fragility from the aspects of climate,water resources,biology,sandy desertifieation ete,we have evaluated the ecoenvironment fragility in NaiMan county,bringing forward the concrete countermeasures of resuming and rebuilding the eco-environment in this region.This artiele is divided into six parts,the following questions to research in depth:(1) Land use and land cover is the most extruded sight sign in the surface layer on earth,its changes were the result of both nature condition and human activity,it showed the influence of human to the eco-environment.At firstRS-GIS integration technique was using in the thesis to land use RS dispelling from 1980 to 2000 in NaiMan,the dynamic changes of the land use state were taken as a masterstroke to the study on eco-environment,and it was the basement of the study on eco-environment evolvement.Based on the analysis of the land use styles number model,it was concluded that the land use style changes mainly incarnated in the phenomenon of"four increases and four decreases".Four increases meant the increase of the area of infield,woodland,Construction land and saline-alkalisoil.Four decreases meant the decrease of the area of grassland,water area, Desertification and marsh,of which the largest increase in woodland;waters to reduce the size of a maximum.(2) In accordance with the reality of the ecological environment and the analysis of the change process of ecological environment of NaiMan in the past five decades.In this thesis,on the basis of statistical data and image data had evaluated by the qualitative and quantitative analysis.According to the problem and frailty characteristic of eco-environment of NaiMan,Index system was established that had not only the static index but also had dynamic index,And determine weight.The frail degrees of eight yers from 1980 to 2005 and were computed and classified by means of multilevel fuzzy synthetical evaluated method.The results indicate that eco-environment had three levels which were Severe level frangibility,middle level frangibility and low-grade level frangibility in NaiMan.On the basis of the change about frail degrees,the eco-environment changing can be measured off three phases as follows:sharp frangibility phase,breaking phase and steady phase.The change trend is relative to the eco-environment change process.The eco-environment frail degree were forecasted by grey model on the based of time sequence base data of frail degree in NaiMan from 1989 to 2003,and the results indicate that the frail degree of NaiMan is middle and mild frangibility in the future.Its trend is improvement.(3) According to the change of Eco-environment frangibility analyze above,The mostly driving forces was found that impact on Eco-environment frangibility in NaiMan by system theory,It indicated that the frail natural environmental condition was a foundation,human activity was a disturbance factor,socio-economic condition was a force factor.Aiming at the problems of the increased areas of soda saline land,the eriously degenerated grasslands and the badly scarce water resource and so on,this paper separately bring forward renovating projects on the basis o above all study,in order to put forward the optimal case of eco-recovering and eco-rebuilding.
