Fluorocarbon coating has excellent anti-ageing and anti-corrosion properties,and could be used in the field of heavy-duty on steel structures.Presently the domestic fluorocarbon coating falls behind the imported products in the property of anti-ageing, and also has the problem of single anti-corrosion system,which,to a certain extent,has brought obstacles to the development and applications of fluorocarbon resin.Therefore, it is very urgent to research and develop fluorocarbon resin(fluorocarbon coating) with the same top performances as those imported items,while to design different systems of anti-corrosion coating systems for different atmospheric corrosion and industrial corrosive environment,especially when fluorocarbon resin coatings are applied in the field of heavy-duty coatings for steel structure.This thesis gives a review on the current domestic and foreign situation of steel corrosion,development history of anti-corrosion coating technology,and the structural characteristics and performance of fluorocarbon resin and coating,and also gives an introduction on the development history of fluorocarbon resins and coatings.By the comprehensive performance comparison between domestic and foreign FEVE fluorocarbon resins,it proves that the ether-type fluorocarbon resin newly developed by Dalian Zebon has excellent UV-resistance with accelerated aging time over 4000 hours, which is comparative with the imported same kind and better than other kinds of fluorocarbon resin made in China.This thesis studies the fluorocarbon resin used in fluorocarbon aluminum paint. Through the performance comparison experiments,it proves that low-acid value of F800 fluorocarbon resin less affected the storage and application properties of aluminum paint.The different kinds of CAB resin and anti-sedimentation additives on the fluorocarbon aluminum paint performances are compared.By optimization of the experiments,the fluorocarbon aluminum paint has good decoration effect and application properties. The isocyanate cross-linking agent,mute powder,UV absorbent materials used in the fluorocarbon varnish are all studied and optimized.The fluorocarbon clear varnish thus prepared has excellent anti-aging properties and anti-corrosion performance.In the study of fluorocarbon paints formula,the dispersing agents are screened by comparison of gloss,transparency of films,and heat storage of paints,and the suitable dispersing agent and its dosage are thus determined.Finally various fluorocarbon paint formula are designed and fluorocarbon paints were prepared with excellent properties.This thesis introduces the design requirements of standard of anti-corrosion coating system in ISO 12944.Combined with the properties of various anti-corrosion primers and intermediate paint,and aimed at various atmospheric and industrial corrosion situations,three kinds of coating systems are designed.The evaluation on comprehensive performance of the three systems reveals that the systems have outstanding anti-corrosion and anti-ageing properties and can satisfy the requirements of anti-corrosion on steel structure under various corrosion situations.
