With the rapidly developing of China's economy , the energy consumption is being in the high growth period. China's characteristics energy reserves which is rich coal, meager oil and little gas determines the coal is still one of China's main energy. The coal industry needs to step onto the modernized path. But our country coal industry economic pattern existences the problem that is the unreasonable structure, rough increase way, low science and technology level, many accident, grave waste of resources and stagnant comprehensive ecological improvement. The cause is that talented person all quantity is insufficient in coal workers and administrative, the structure proportion of professional team is low and unreasonable, the brain drain is grave and workers and administrative staff overall quality is not good. Therefore accelerated training high-caliber professional skills talents has become the country's important measure to improve structure of coal production , which is the purpose of this thesis.The thesis starts the present real condition of vocational school teaching and analyzes the problems of the tradition teaching way. Combining the domestic and foreign vocational education development condition, according to the "Competency-Based" of teaching idea, the author puts forward to "task-oriented" educational model.The "task-oriented" teaching model is one of the first comprehensively analysing the necessary vocational ability on the actual production positions of a specialty, and then set to teaching content according to the required vocational competency in the professional field and train skills talents. Therefore the paper mentions from the rationale, analyses the connotation, constitution, formed the essential factor and forming process of vocational competency, exhaustively introduces vocational competency's analysis method, basis, principle and step. Then the author proposes the "task-oriented" teaching model's document which is bases on vocational competency analytical table, which has broken the tradition educational model frame and stand out the characteristic of "Competency-Based", forms the new teaching document. Then the author has carried on the experimental teaching, established the experimental class and the contrast class, developed the training classroom, optimized the teaching resources and strictly controlled the teaching link in the implementation teaching process. The author advocates constructionism learning theory to guide the student independent study, standing out student's main body status, and has carried on the analysis and comparison "the project teaching method" with "the duty teaching method", pointed out the teaching method need not to be limit by the teaching method name and should be complementary each other. Simultaneously according to the "task-oriented" teaching model characteristic, the author has adopted the"234" the teaching evaluation means to the student's studied the process and the academic record, which is the two levels of management, the three-dimensional examination and the four steps summary.Finally the thesis has carried on the teaching effect analysis and pointed out the student and the teacher role change. The "task-oriented" teaching model is advantageous to the construction "the double teacher" staff, which explained it is effective to the vocational education teaching.
