Environment Policy Analysis Of The Energy Development Process

Energy is the essential basement in industry,agriculture production and the social-economic development and it is an important resource of social wealth.The development and utilization of energy,not only in the economic development plays a significant role in promoting,but also on the ecological environment,had a significant impact.This article take the regional energy development of the ecological environment question of the northern part of Shan xi Province(Yan'an,Yu lin ) as an example. Investigates the energy development of the Northern Shan xi,carries on the analysis for a complex solution as well as the existing environmental policy lag of energy development in the region,attempts to find a useful energy development and ecological protection and win-win sustainable development path of the energy development,has a positive influence in Chinese energy development.This paper is the basis of the Northern Shan xi energy distribution and the basic introduction,elaborate the subject matter which the Northern Shan xi energy development region to deal with the problem of ecological environment.Through the analysis of divergent interest in the northern Shan xi energy development process,and then use deduction,induction organizes and other methods for the related environmental policy,the selective analysis our country problem in environmental policy which exists in Northern Shan xi energy development,seeks economical root and suggestion to accelerate the Northern Shan xi energy development and environmental protection countermeasure.In the above foundation,this article draws the conclusion:In order to cause the sustainable development of Shan xi,and enables the ecological protection to achieve a new altitude,must through the existing environmental policy foundation,unify the energy development region ecological environment characteristic and profits from the domestic and foreign mature experiences,establishes national conditional energy development in the regional ecological environmental protection in law and regulations and the policy,make the regional ecological environmental protection in our country of energy development more healthy.
