Fragile Ecological Area's Environmental Protection And Development In Upper And Middle Yellow River In Gansu

During the recent ten years,a series of significant and urgent global environment problems come up unceasingly,the environment of terrestrial is getting worse,which threats the environment for humanity's living.The development of society is not equivalent to the one of environment,thus people should follow the requirements of sustainable development,which is the global strategy under implementation of the harmonious progress of the entire planet.Facing these complex environment problems,the humanity needs to carry on and take some effective actions to improve the nature environment,which is the way to save the planet and humanity themselves.China is known as a country with vast territory and diverse natural environment, but different area has its certain environment vulnerability according to the difference of natural environment and humanity life style.As the Impoverished often comes with the frail ecological environment,the frail ecological environment area is mainly located at the northwest area in China.Recent years,the natural disaster,such as sand storm,loess highlands soil erosion,forest excessive felling,land desertification expansion and so on,often occurs,which enormous influence the socio-economic developments in that area.In order to better manifest the principle of theory practice,this paper takes Gansu Long Yuan ecology battalion as the example,to demonstrate the methods carried on to improvement the environment of the ecology frail area,which is Gansu Yellow River middle and upper reaches,expect the present of this paper can cause the process of improvement of middle and upper reaches of Gansu Yellow River and even the entire northwest environment to be more sensible and reasonable.Thus the present of environment government can play the role of guidance and reference,and to improve western area frail ecological environment,to promote western area economy a quick development.
