This dissertation introduces the production safety of metallurgical underground mines and the current research on domestic and overseas hazardous sources.Based on the analysis on safety management in Beiminghe Iron Ore Mine,it explains the main content of systematic hazard identification and risk assessment,the purpose and the meaning of the subject research.Having elaborated the procedure and method of systematic hazard identification and completed the preparation for hazard identification,the dissertation divides the hazardous units and explores the hazardous factors on the basis of Beiminghe actual situation. Through systematic analysis,it finds out the accident occurring regularity and causes; through the fault tree analysis,it mainly explores the affecting factors and syntagmatic relations of several major accidents,which provides foundation for hazard identification and control;and through identifying the hazard occurrence modes and exploring the existed information,the dissertation also analyzes the fault mode on the auxiliary system and the affect on the entire system,providing basis for safety assessment and risk control.Then,the dissertation introduces the application of the modern safety management mode in Beiminghe Iron Ore Mine,analyzes on the systematic risk control capability of Beiminghe Iron Ore Mine and on the assessing result.Finally,having selected the comprehensive safety assessing method,through the set up of mathematical model of safety assessment and utilizing the results of systematic hazard identification and risk control factors evaluation,the dissertation evaluates comprehensively on the safety management of Beiminghe Iron Ore Mine and proposes improving suggestions on safety management.
